Dr Michael Serafin PhD is the founder and principle formulator at PLC. He holds a PhD in pharmaceutical chemistry and a long practicing cosmetic chemist and a member of The Australian Society of Cosmetic Chemists with over 20 years formulation experience.

His focus is formulating biomimetic skin care utilizing skin identical ingredients along with clinically proven key ingredients while avoiding certain ingredients known to cause skin reactions in sensitive skin.
